The Governor of White Nile State, the State Minister of Finance, and a delegation from the Central Bank of Sudan reviewed the efforts being made by Al Baraka Bank’s Rabak branch in the currency replacement process, which began on April 15 and will continue until May 15, in accordance with the directives of the Central Bank.

The delegation expressed satisfaction with the efforts of Al Baraka Bank employees in the city of Rabak and the smooth procedures for replacing the old 1,000 Sudanese pound and 500 Sudanese pound banknotes.

The Manager of Al Baraka Bank’s Rabak branch confirmed the branch’s continued commitment to the replacement process and its readiness to receive customers, praising the cooperation shown by citizens during the exchange process.

The delegation from the Central Bank of Sudan included Mr. Yasser Abdel Nabi, Director of the Central Treasury; Mr. Mohi El-Din, Director of Issuance at the bank; Mr. Abdel Azim, Director of Facilities; in addition to the Director of Economic Security at the Central Bank of Sudan.
