He began his career at Al-Tadhamun Islamic Bank, then moved to the Industrial Development Bank during its founding phase, before being recruited to work at Al-Baraka Bank in 2009 as Director of Risk Management.<br>He rose through the ranks until he was promoted in 2017 to Assistant General Manager, serving as Assistant General Manager for Support and Back Office, then Assistant General Manager for Branches, and finally Assistant General Manager for the Business Sector.<br>He also contributed, as part of the Al Baraka Banking Group team in Bahrain, to the establishment of the Bank for Finance and Development (BTI) in the Kingdom of Morocco in 2017.<br>This appointment comes as part of the bank\u2019s efforts to support its leadership talent and strengthen its strategic plan for
